Happenings
2005 Halloween
Happenings will be held on Monday, October 31th from 3-6 p.m. This event brings
1,000's of children in costumes with adults to participate in safe, supervised
costume competitions, pumpkin-decorating contests, ghost stories, and trick-or
treating businesses and offices throughout the downtown area.
